La posición del hotel. Cerca de todo..

Al principio nos dieron un cuarto en donde entraba mucha luz por la mañana, ya que las cortinas eran transparentes. Ya al dia siguiente pedi un cuarto mas oscuro y nos cambiaron sin problema.

Hotel viejo, servicio viejo, fríos en su atención.

La ubicación céntrica es lo más rescatable del lugar.

Lo viejo de las instalaciones, el mal y frío servicio del staff, el mal olor de pasillos y habitaciones. Si tienen oportunidad de hospedarse aquí, desaprovéchenla y vayan a otro hotel.

Que sin importar a que hora me saliera de la habitación a hacer recorrido por la ciudad, al volver siempre encontraba la habitación ya limpia y lista así fuera ya muy tarde. EXCELENTE y la amabilidad de su personal. Y sin dejar la ubicación que tiene.

El cuarto que me dieron el colchón se veía bien pero era muy incomodo, el baño no servía el agua caliente, y la tina de baño no contaba con tapón por lo que tuve que pedir un cambio de habitación. El desayuno continental que ofrecen me parece incompleto ya que no cuenta con fruta solo se limita a pan y café y jugo. Ahhhh.. y el televisor tiene problemas no agarra señal y si se ve algún canal se ve mal.

La limpieza, la cama muy cómoda

El desayuno es bastante pobre, solo un pan dulce y una taza de café sin opción a pedir más. Ofrecen un vaso de bebida azucarada que ellos llaman jugo de naranja. He estado en el hotel de al lado y el desayuno es Bufet y con dos guisos. Volveré a hospedarme al lado.

The AC in our first room wasn’t cooling sufficiently but Rosie quickly had it evaluated and moved us to another much coo

Rosie was amazing. She was very helpful and attentive, especially for this non Spanish speaking couple. The hotel is in an excellent location right on the plaza with several restaurants and things to see.

It’s a bit tattered around the edges. The floor in our room was in dire need of replacement.

Awesome staff, good sized, clean room. Good restaurant on site as well as a variety of options within walking distance of the great downtown location. Very accepting of our dog, which is quite unusual in Mexico.

Very tall bed - difficult for this old guy to climb in! (Once in bed it was very comfortable). Room lacking fridge, coffee maker, ice bucket (no ice maker anyway, had to go to the bar for ice).

When using booking.com they treat u bad

Receptionist not accommodating request to change room when they had plenty of rooms. Initial room was not very nice shower had stains, drywall peeling, shower curtain ripping and ugly views to back of building. You can tell receptionist is not customer service oriented but pretends. When ai asked to get another room he made it difficult. Cleaning crew were nice and should be the receptionist.

It could be a great experience as old tampico is full of history, but this hotel is at decay.

It is located at the heart of downtown tampico. Nice places to walk around, good restaurants nearby.

Staff was not friendly, nobody helps you at your arrival. Air conditioning was not working, then lights were out for 40min. We asked for more toilet paper as they did supply one for 4 people in the room, we called front desk but we did not hear from them, after 40 min we dial back but the reply was that we need to come downstairs and buy it in a store nearby because the chambermaid was not around. 'Breakfast included' advertisement is deceptive, they only give one glass of orange juice and one single bread, it only includes adults, you will have to pay for your kids. Stay away from this hotel, is not worth it. Other options in downtown are available and more appealing. Price is high for stay, even restaurant is pricey.

The ground level was nice and the restaurant area was very clean. the location is easily the highest points the hotel can have. Perfect location in Tampico!

Once we got to our rooms, it was looking very old and dated. This might have been a luxury hotel at some point, but it seems those days are behind them.
